White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Oatmeal Cookies

Oatmeal cookies are one of my all time favorites and this recipe definitely satisfies my cravings. These cookies are moist, chewy and loaded with chocolate chips and nuts. If you like oatmeal cookies, don’t hesitate to make these, they’ll be a crowd pleaser for sure!

White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Oatmeal Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups uncooked oats

1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (or nuts of your choice)

2/3 cup  white chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets, set aside.

2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until smooth.

3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

4. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

5. Beat dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.

6. Stir in oats, nuts and chocolate chips.

7. Drop onto greased baking sheet in rounded spoonfuls. Bake 8-10 minutes.
